Good. Very good location for us.

Proximity to Airport and Breakfast was pretty good standard. The free shuttle service was not up to standard. It was meant to be 24 hour shuttle from and to the airport. We were delayed in Houston because of a storm so we phoned the hotel and shuttle of our delay and they said no problem just call us when you land. We tried calling them several times when we landed just after midnight but no answer. We had to take a $20 cash taxi. Thank goodness because we didn’t know how else to get to the hotel. The late night reception guy said the shuttle guy must’ve been sleeping. Not helpful when we had flown from New Zealand and were super tired and disoriented. We also had problems going back to the airport a few days later at 5am in the morning because the driver had sleep too long. There were several of us waiting this time with tight flight schedules and he finally turned up 15 minutes late.

Room was great and the facilities were lovely That we had to pay 50$ for early check in. They told us our room was ready and sent us to a room that was still being cleaned and we had to go back to the front desk to advise and get a new room. The 50$ should have been waived as a customer service gesture. However the staff was great overall

Approximately to the airport Shuttle from and to the airport service was average. We had a delayed flight coming in so ended up arriving after midnight. We called the 24 hour number for their 24 hour shuttle and no answer. Took a taxi. Then to the airport the shuttle guy was late

It was close to the airport. The breakfast was satisfactory. We had a nice meal, in the restaurant, but it’s a little expensive The beds weren’t that comfortable. The toilet is really low. I assume it was done that way for children. Would have preferred a hand held shower

The facilities were top notch. The pool, breakfast buffet, and the room were incredible. It was the nicest hotel we have stayed at and they were so accommodating with anything we asked for. The airplanes flying over were extremely loud and very frequent.
